To ensure the most efficient service we ask that you exercise the following shipping procedures.

1) Enclose a letter (or a completed SWT's service form) containing all important information:   

 No RA# required

  >Contacts Name
  >Return Address
  >Day Time Phone Number
  >Model and Serial Numbers
  >Warranty Status
  >Detailed Problem Description

2) Package the unit securely! For packaging requirements please follow these guidelines.

3) Insure the package for its full amount.

4) Ship unit via a track-able courier. (i.e. UPS and FEDEX)

*Please only include accessories or media that relate to the complaint or aid in operation.


SWT reserves the right to refuse any shipments that arrive poorly packaged.

Damage to a unit significantly extends repair turn-around time and cost.
